Research shows that the major reason why we are tired is lack of enough sleep. In a day, a person should sleep for at least 9-10 hours. Nevertheless many people are not able to get enough sleep due to hectic lifestyles. When an individual does not get adequate sleep for a longer period of time, it is quite normal to feel constantly tired.
This shows to you that a good quality sleep is essential to relax your mind. You should observe a good sleeping habit in order to overcome feeling constantly tired. You may think that you sleeping for 9-10 hours, though you may not realize that you are not getting quality sleep.  This happens because you may wake up frequently in the course of the night. As a result, you will feel constantly tired. Make a sleeping schedule and try to sleep early every day. A good rest will surely help you overcome constant fatigue.
