The impact of constant tiredness on an efficient person can be very severe. This is because constant tiredness causes stress to an individual hence an increase in anxiety leads to more exhaustion. The most important thing which we tend to ignore is the value of a good nightâ??s sleep. Thus if you do not get adequate quality sleep then it is more likely that you will experience constant tiredness throughout the day. Even the simplest chores may seem almost impossible to accomplish.
Try and change your napping habits and observe the difference. Another cause of constant fatigue could be a pre-existing medical problem such as anemia or diabetes. Find out which particular activities make you tired and avoid them.  A good exercise is also important as it improves your energy levels as well as your general health. Make time in your schedule for a short walk at least three times in one week.  These exercises help increase heart rate by stimulating the circulation of blood.
